Ronald Reagan Is In That Shower

Last week I wrote that the Republican party seemed to be counting on political amnesia on the part of the American electorate if they had any hope of their platform being bought. This week, President Obama echoed the same point at a high profile DNC fundraiser. Now traditionally the GOP and conservatives have been far [...]

The Disambiguation Of The Sunshine Empire

Today in Singapore marks the hopeful end to the saga of Sunshine Empire Singapore. I’ve discussed it many times before but hopefully this will be the final time. I named this Florida based blog in 2006 purely unaware of any other organization sharing that name. I named the blog The Sunshine Empire. I found through [...]

The Ongoing Saga Of Sunshine Empire Singapore

For some time I’ve written about the saga of Sunshine Empire Asia. At about the same time that I named this blog with a not to my living in the sunshine state, a ponzi scheme was begun in Singapore bearing a similar name. Wherein this Asian company was named, “Sunshine Empire” my blog was named, [...]

Happy Three Year Anniversary To The Sunshine Empire

July 1st is a very important day in history. In 1898 on July 1st the Battle of San Juan Hill was fought by the Rough Riders and future President Theodore Roosevelt. It is also the date three years ago that this website went live for the first time. I had been writing for a while [...]

The Time Has Come, I’m Leaving The Democrat Party

The political world is in turmoil and I don’t know who or what to trust in today’s America. I’ve been mostly silent over the last few days because, much like many Americans I have become disgusted with both political parties. I was a registered Republican at the height of the Gingrich revolution, and a registered [...]

I’m Not Dead

I have been neglecting this space and for that I should be cursed as an absentee landlord. Much like after the presidential election in 2008, the long health care reform battle is over, and there is a bit of burnout in my political mind. Yet it is back to the work at hand.

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, children of all ages gather round and listen close. Sunshine Empire Asia Update

From time to time I like to update you on the situation with Sunshine Empire in Singapore. At the same time I decided to name my blog The Sunshine Empire in 2006 due to my being a Floridian, a group formed what by all accounts is a Ponzi scheme in Singapore called Sunshine Empire. After [...]

Just Pass It With Reconcilliation Already And Get On With It

I’ve not had much to say this week and I apologize. General and personal matters have consumed this week and I’ve tried to keep up on Twitter. The family has begun gathering from all points on the east coast for my uncle’s funeral service tomorrow, but I’ll try to get back into the swing of [...]
