Even defenders acknowledge that it's in there. If you don't have insurance you are forced to pay a tax. If you don't pay the tax you can face a maximum of 5 years in prison. 3) Obama isn't making a decision about invading a nation. He has received recommendations from commanders in Afghanistan on how to win an ongoing war and is dithering.
