Back From The West Loving Humidity

Now that I am back in Florida I came to a surprising revelation. I need humidity. Now I love the cool dry air of both Oregon and Colorado, but my body is not used to the lack of moisture in the air. My lips turn into old tires and my nose feels like it’s made of hay. But my adventures in the western United States were nothing short of amazing. This country has such wide variety and texture it’s why we Americans believe in American exceptionalism. That’s right conservatives, progressives and liberals love their country too. From northern California, to Portland Oregon, to the staggeringly breathtaking rocky mountains, I’ve seen all that’s great about the west. I’m sick of flying though. I’m constantly amazed how little people think the reminder lights on airplanes applies to them. The plane is one wheel off two wheels down still in take off mode and people are getting up to open the overhead bins. I wanted to take my tray table and hit them over the head and say, “hey moron sit down.” But as much fun as I had I am glad to be back in The Sunshine Empire. Next up, it’s Tennessee week. We’ll get to see little Lanie Kiffin get spanked in the Swamp.
