The Sunshine Empire

I love a movie that deals with the heady ideas of the time-space continuum. Mix that in with a scary man in a rabbit suit and you have Donnie Darko. The movie features a brother-sister performance from Jake and Maggie Gyllenhaal before they were household names. The movie is a twisted joyride of fantastic performances, with the exception of unremarkable portrayals from Drew Barrymore and Noah Whiley. But Patrick Swayze and Sparkle Motion make this a true classic.
