The Sunshine Empire Mourns the Death of Gatorade’s Father

We here in The Sunshine Empire are mourning the death of a man who gave birth to one of the essentials of life in Florida. Dr. Robert Cade, the inventor of Gatorade, has passed today at the age of 80. Gatorade has been an essential in my family for as long as I have been alive, and no championship game at any level is complete without the customary dunking of the winning coach with Dr. Cade’s invention.
