CBS named new White House Press Secretary.
Say what you will about the president of Iran. Whether you feel that this man is great or Satan, I’m not trying to speak on anything other than a media aspect of the interview on 60 Minutes tonight. Many feel that the major television media in this country, and especially CBS, are liberal as can be. They feel that they slant the media to fit the stereotypical “liberal” viewpoint. I fail to believe that can be the case at all after tonight. Scott Pelley did not actually interview Ack-ma-dee-ni-shad, as much as just relay messages from George W. Bush to him. Make no mistake about it this President of Iran is a slippery fucker, but he was being bombarded by statements and claims by the State Department. Ahmadinejad just sat back and made Guantanamo Bay jokes. You are free to make any conclusion you want about Mr. Ahmadinejad, but Pelley came off sounding like Rush Limbaugh coming down off the hillbilly heroin.

I would not call Pelley’s interview liberal or conservative even though he did sound like Bush’s Bitch. I just would say the president of Iran in a head to head debate with GW would have done better than the last democratic presidential candidate and he would have been personable with it, too. This man sounded like he was having a amusing chat.
